PJ Stevenson is the former outdoors columnist for The Source weekly newspaper in Bend, Oregon and works as a consultant to entrepreneurs, encouraging people to pursue their passions. She lives and paddles on the Deschutes River with her dog, Sprocket, signs up for adventure races willy-nilly, and goes surfing in Maui whenever there is a good south swell and a cheap plane ticket. She is currently writing a memoir: Where There's a Willow, There's a Way.
